“Let Your Worries Escape Your Mind”
After joining her first yoga + barre classes in 2014, Laura grew to love the centering qualities of yoga. As well as the energizing component of barre. Through all the ups and downs of life, yoga was always there to balance things out. Even when struggling with anxiety and depression she was able to continue practicing , and without realizing yoga was one of the main things that helped her rise from rock bottom. After completing her trainings in 2019 she now focuses on creating the same space for others to be able to gain what they need. Regardless of whether their need is a good work out, a recharge, or an escape from themselves or their lives. She also strives to have balanced classes where you challenge your mind and your body.
Outside of yoga Laura is a Pre Law student at Suffolk University. She works retail management part time, and has several hobbies she is passionate about. Yoga and Barre of course! Along with hiking - she is currently working on the NH48! Gardening - we will spare your time and not list all of her plants’ names! All things True Crime, as well as good sushi and a good drink - this qualifies as a hobby right?
