Laura’s Style of teaching is Vinyasa in the broad sense; with a focus on the yin and yang balance within a class. In her personal sequencing Laura loves to have a centered opening to challenge the mind, slow movements to open the joints, and then amping it up to challenge the body as well. Then a few restorative poses + touch before Savasana. All while maintaining anatomical and energetic integrity and safety. It is her hope that you always leave her class with less worries on your mind, and more sweat on your mat!

Laura’s one - on - one sessions will be specifically tailored to your body and your needs, as well as your schedule!

Laura is also available for private group classes; whether it is for work, school, bridal parties, or a fun get together!

 

I have known Laura for years throughout school. It wasn’t until recently that we’ve really become close friends. We both have similar interests in yoga. Laura has helped me regain my love for yoga. I’ve been attending her roof top classes along with private sessions. She really has the perfect touch of making you work hard and regain strength while keeping it relaxing and fun. She’s been super flexible with creating classes based on my needs and working with me one - on - one as well. I would highly recommend her as a yoga teacher.
